Sometimes ... I think always the online banking system from ING Diba is very crazy.

Sometimes I ask myself .. which fucking guy has that fucking software written?

I have an old TAN list. Now ING-Diba uses iTAN. But I can't do anythink with my old TAN list.

When I try to order a new iTAN list, I need an iTAN to approve the order, but I have no iTAN list

So my short tip: Don't open an account at ING diba.
