converting filenames from ISO-8859-15 to UTF-8

convmv is also available at debian. But I suggest you to use alway the newest version of convmv.
convmv, recursively converting filenames from ISO-8859-15 to UTF-8:
convmv -r --notest -f ISO-8859-15 -t UTF-8 /home
