Jonas, 9.4.1.3 and 9.5.0 are out now. Would you be able to share your way to extract the important stuff from the Java archives? I see that tw_cli and twsched (and tw_update for those who care and dare) are included separately in the iso image, but 3dm2 is missing (and perhaps some more stuff).
Cheers, Steffen
How complicated would it be to reproduce your actions in an own sandbox? (I'm talking about 3dm2 in particular since cli is easy)
I am trying now to logon to 3dm2 web interface, using
https://localhost:888, but I don't know the password. I saw hashed password in /etc/3dm2/3dm2.conf, but don't know hash method that was used to create them. I recommend to put into the file couple comments, on the passwords regeneration. Can you tell me how I can regenerate the password's hash please?
Please look at the README, the default password ist 3ware.
I don't know also the password hashing, it's closed software!
from the character count, and the two letters "tw" in front, looks like standard crypt()

I have updated my 3Ware 3dm2 and 3Ware CLI debian packages. I also included the patch from tretkowski.de. Now version 9.5.0 is available on jonas.genannt.name.
